►  Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Export Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with 0-1 year of experience in logistics who are eager to learn and grow in the field of export operations.

►  Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing the export process, including preparing necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices).

- Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.

- Monitor and track shipment status, providing updates to relevant parties.

- Learn and comply with export regulations and procedures.

- Support the team in resolving any issues that arise during the export process.

►  Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (logistics, business, or a related field is a plus).

- Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and customs procedures.

- Proficiency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is required.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
