NuVation Pain Group is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for immediate hire.
We are an advanced interventional spine, orthopedic, and regenerative medicine practice with 2 office locations in Buena Park and Koreatown Los Angeles. We also have a new surgery center attached to our Buena Park location.
Experience is not required and will be taught on the job. New grads are welcome.
***MUST REQUIREMENT:
1) Must be licensed or pending licensing as a certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant in California.
2) MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK CONVERSATIONAL KOREAN AND ENGLISH. We have at least 50% Korean patient population.
Focus is on spine, orthopedics, sports medicine, and regenerative procedures such as Platelet Rich Plasma and regenerative tissue therapies.
Providers will be doing mostly in office consultations, follow ups, and in office procedures such as shoulder and knee injections, as well as many others. The provider may have opportunity to assist in operating room with surgical procedures.

Requirements:
Must be able to speak Korean. Approximately 60% of our patient population is Korean speaking. 40% of patient population is a diverse ethnic makeup. Spanish speaking is also a plus, but not required as we have Spanish speaking staff and medical assistants.
Responsibilities:
• Administer injections under ultrasound guidance
• Assist in surgical procedures
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
